Well as you can see this is my first blog!! First to tell you abit about me! I am 29yrs old and work as a Paediatric Nurse in Plymouth! I live in Saltash, and in June last year got engaged to my boyfriend of 6yrs Craig! We are currently saving, saving and doing abit more saving, as we would like to buy a house and then get married hopefully in 2015!!
During my spare time I love to make homemade things and get crafty! This is the main reason for this blog, to get my ideas and crafts seen by people and to receive feedback, also to pick up any helpful hints from other crafty people! I often have lots and lots of ideas buzzing around my head, just need to make time to get them all done!
Christmas 2012 I made Christmas decorations from felt which was extremely popular at work and surprisingly I was able to make £60! Every Easter my Mum and I make Easter chicks to sell which we have found are very popular, alot of my work colleagues buy them so they can make a Egg hunt for their children!
I recently started to make felt corner bookmarks, which are cheap to make and can have various designs! Hanging hearts are another favourite, but recently one of my work colleagues asked if I would make some felt heart bunting for her daughter, I am aiming to have a go at that this afternoon!
I know I am not the best, but love the feeling when people tell me how much they like/love my crafts! I have even had 2 offers to attend school fares with my crafts, which was a shock to me!!
